Yes, that is why I need to try it first in localhost. I will disable them before updating to J4.In which case just empty your database, in phpmyadmin select all tables and drop them.Your DB will still exist but be empty ready for a restore from kickstart.php . Do the same with joomla files, just select them all and delete.
ps many of your extensions are not J4/5 compatible.
